Spine immobilization
 
  

 
































1.      methylprednisolone 30mg/Kg IV bolus in 15min, pause for 45min, infusion 5.4mg/Kg/hr for 23 hrs, beginning within 8 hrs

2.      spinal AP, lateral, odontoid spine films
